mirage was designed with a focus on the contrast between materials and challenges the existing perception of knock-down furniture. The table casts interesting shadows and the perforated steel plate makes for an exciting, transparent construction. The shelf underneath the table is movable and can be used as a serving tray.

The construction is completely glue- and screwless. The bent steel plate is mounted over the frame and holds it in place. Furthermore the steel rods have threaded ends, which are mounted inside each wooden leg for a strong and secure construction.
